Location : Mumbai/Chennai
Qualification : CA/MBA Qualified
Work Mode : Hybrid
Notice Period : Immediate-30Days
CTC : 15LPA - 21 LPA
Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in management consulting or business transformation projects is mandatory
- Candidates from the GCC - Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Consulting industry only needs to apply. GCC experience in non negotiable
Role & Responsibilities
- Business Consulting & Transformation (GCC Financial Services only
- Financial Services Domain Consulting
- Technology-led Transformation
- Business Development & Proposal Support
- Stakeholder & Project Management
- Deliver consulting engagements focused on business transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support clients in designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) and transformation roadmaps.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Assist in strategy formulation, business planning, and organizational transformation projects.
- Experience with clients across GCC - Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management Companies, Mutual Funds, or Broking firms.
- Support business development initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support proposal development.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in consulting firms or transformation teams within Financial Services organizations.(GCC only)
- Exposure to technology-enabled transformation projects.
- Prior experience in proposal development, solution design, or business development support.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
