Tanla Platforms - Data Analyst

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

- Automate repetitive data processes and reporting.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or ClickHouse).
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of statistical methods and data modelling.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts.
