Position Title: Senior Accountant
Experience: 10-16 Years
Location- Bhopal (Onsite)
Job Type- Full-time
NP- 0-15 Days
Time- 10- 7 PM
- Proven experience of 10+ Years in an accounting role, with an understanding of ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience in accounting and finance who can Manage all accounting transactions
- Can Prepare budget forecasts, compute taxes, PF Filling and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and Audit financial transactions and documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and configure the ERP system to meet the organizations accounting needs.
- Generate and analyze financial reports using data extracted from the ERP system.
- Provide insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making processes.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records within the ERP system

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams on ERP system functionalities.
- Proven experience of 10+ Years in an accounting role, with an understanding of ERP systems.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
