Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA Internship role based in Dehradun. Interns will assist in tax advisory and compliance work, including preparation and review of tax returns, working papers, and documentation under relevant regulations. The role involves supporting audit and assurance engagements, performing basic accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis for clients from various sectors. Interns will conduct research on tax and regulatory developments, help prepare reports, presentations, and client communication, and support litigation-related documentation and filing. The position also includes collaborating with senior team members, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to firm policies, professional standards, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) with completion of required articleship eligibility and a strong academic track record in accounting, taxation, and auditing.
• Solid foundation in financial accounting, direct and indirect taxation, and understanding of Indian regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting and tax software will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare structured working papers and client-ready reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics, and willingness to learn from exposure to diverse clients and complex assignments.
• Interest in building a career in tax advisory, audit, and business consulting; prior internship experience in professional services will be a plus.
