MIS Reporting Analyst

MIS reporting AnalystPosition Overview:The MIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making. This role involves data collection, analysis, and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, ensuring management has clear visibility into operational and financial performance.Key Responsibilities• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.• Preparation of monthly MIS report for leaders• Coordinate with statutory and internal audit• Contract management- tracking costs with business case• Monthly closing entries – GRIR, Provision, prepaid etc. Required Skills & Competencies• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI/Tableau.• SAP Knowledge.• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable format.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.• Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.Qualifications• Chartered accountant.
