Key Result Areas
Sales Responsibilities:
- Achieve set business targets on ANP (Annualized New Premium) and case count
- Acquire new customers through:
- Worksite activities
- Campaigns
- References
- Schedule meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (10th + 12th + 3-year graduation) Mandatory Mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Passion for sales and customer engagement
