What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

• Right hiring, headcount control & budget controls.
• Enable data-driven decision by ensuring HR systems and reports are updated regularly and accurately.
• Labor supply as per production plan and Verification of deployment.
• Labour cost optimization, Productivity increase.
•  

Customer Service

• Partner with production, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure HR initiatives (e.g., shift scheduling, skill training) meet their operational needs.
• Facilitate Learning & Development actions.
• Hiring support to fill vacant positions across all functions at plant level

Internal Processes

• Daily Reporting of Productivity and ensuring optimization of Contract labours.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure adherence to labor laws, ESI, PF, and factory regulations.
• Attendance and Payroll inputs of onroll employee and contract labours.
• Biometric Attendance checks and CL bill booking in SAP
• Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws
• Ensuring labor supply to comply Production plan.
• Responsible for co-coordinating with customer departments like procurement, production for cross functional activities.
• Security and Housekeeping in Factory

Innovation and Learning

• Conducting training to the shop floor team on the process, GMP and Food safety.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

• Graduate and 2-3 years of experience in the HR function
• Computer proficiency (MS office, SAP, MIS reports)
• Experience in Contract Labour Management, Plant HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Data Handling.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

• Knowledge of Labour laws and Factory Act
• Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Gujarati)
