Job Description
- 1 Companys representative - Rendering companys financial services into the market / assigned counters.
- 2 Acts as a communication channel between the management & the Channel Partners.
- 3 Building new channel partners for the company.
- 4 Address customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about documentations & pricing.
- 5 Customer touch point - Meets customers and pitch schemes according to their requirements.
- 6 First line of control - Ensures customers meets the funding norms.
- 7 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service.
- 8 Keeping a tab over pending PDD, follow up with channel / customer to ensure PDD isupdated with financier Hypo.
- 9 Basic understanding of KYC and other documents for used car loan processing
- Exp (in yrs) :- 1+yrs
- Qualification :- Graduate in any discipline
