Job Description

  • Experience Requirement
  • Total Experience: 2-5 years in sales (preferred: NBFC/BFSI/lending)
  • Relevant Experience: Business Loans / SME / Unsecured Lending
  • Experience in Direct Sourcing + Connector/DSA network is mandatory
  • Current Role Fit (Must-have exposure)
  • Candidate should currently be handling one of:
  • Relationship Manager / Sr. Sales Executive / Sales officer or equivalent (Recommended)
  • Managing individual sales target ownership (30-50L+ monthly)
  • Experience working with DSAs / connectors / referral channels
  • Productivity Benchmark
  • Must demonstrate:
  • Average monthly disbursal 25-40 lakhs (last 6 months)
  • Stable performance avoid high volatility profiles
  • Direct sourcing (self-generated leads)
  • Connector / DSA-driven business
  • Should have an existing connector network
  • Strong understanding of: Test to be created for RMs
  • Business Loan products (secured/unsecured)
  • Basic credit policy, income assessment, banking programs
  • Ability to structure cases and coordinate with credit teams
  • Educational Qualification
  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Behavioural Fit
  • Strong ownership mindset (target-driven role)
  • Ability to operate independently (mini business owner mindset)
  • Good stakeholder management (credit, ops, connectors)
