Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil and Structural Design Engineer based in Hyderabad. The role involves performing structural analysis and design for industrial, infrastructure, and commercial projects in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities include preparing design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications; reviewing and validating designs from consultants and vendors; and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction teams. The Civil and Structural Design Engineer will participate in design reviews, support value engineering, ensure constructability of designs, and assist in resolving technical issues during project execution. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining design documentation, and supporting quality, safety, and sustainability objectives across project phases.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in civil and structural design and analysis, including familiarity with relevant Indian and international design codes and standards.
• Experience with structural design and modelling software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools).
• Knowledge of industrial and infrastructure project requirements, including foundations, steel and concrete structures, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, prepare detailed design documentation, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (masters degree in Structural Engineering or related specialization preferred).
• Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable design practices.
• Relevant experience in EPC or large infrastructure projects; prior exposure to refineries, petrochemicals, power, or transport systems is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
