Role Description
Under supervision of reporting superior carrying out responsibility for assigned units:
(i) Reduce/prevent the Exposures in terms of personal liberty of employees and financial liabilities against the company, arising out of the safety related incidents under Laws related to Establishment.
(ii) Advise and defend the Companys interest in the Power Management functions.
(iii) Protection of Company Assets before several for a and tribunals.
Defending Medical Negligence and Consumer Protection Matters.
Skills
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of Law and interpretation skills
Familiarity with Legal system and key regulators
Knowledge of Business Operations and local environment
Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
Ability to identify key risk areas vis a vis compliance and effect thereof
