Role Description
Under supervision of reporting superior carrying out responsibility for assigned units:
(i) Reduce/prevent the Exposures in terms of personal liberty of employees and financial liabilities against the company, arising out of the safety related incidents under Laws related to Establishment.
- (ii) Advise and defend the Companys interest in the Power Management functions.
- (iii) Protection of Company Assets before several for a and tribunals.
- Defending Medical Negligence and Consumer Protection Matters.
Skills
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of Law and interpretation skills
- Familiarity with Legal system and key regulators
- Knowledge of Business Operations and local environment
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to identify key risk areas vis a vis compliance and effect thereof
