Job Summary

Tattva Creations is looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor to create engaging and high quality video content for digital platforms, campaigns, brands, and other communication requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of visual storytelling, and hands on experience with professional video editing and multimedia tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into high quality and engaging video content based on the creative brief and communication objectives.
• Review raw footage, scripts, and other materials to determine the appropriate shots, sequences, and storytelling approach.
• Trim footage and create rough and final cuts with smooth sequencing and continuity.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, transitions, effects, and other elements to enhance the final output.
• Create video content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, events, and other multimedia platforms.
• Coordinate with the digital, creative, content, and account teams to ensure effective execution of video projects.
• Apply creative and technical editing techniques to ensure a polished and professional final product.
• Ensure consistency in visual quality, timing, sound, transitions, and overall storytelling.
• Manage multiple assignments and deliver projects within the given timelines.
• Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, formats, and multimedia platforms.

Minimum Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate/Diploma in Filmography, Cinematography, Editing, Multimedia, or any other relevant discipline.

Minimum Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar video editing role.
• Must have hands on experience working on multimedia and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of video editing, timing, continuity, transitions, visual storytelling, and composition.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, compositing, and other post production techniques will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver quality output within deadlines.
