IT Support Specialist

What role you will play in team: Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.

What you will do: Troubleshoot IT problems, install and maintain software, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key responsibility:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
• Installing and maintaining software.
• Maintaining IT equipment inventory.
• 
  Responding to IT incidents and service requests.
• Documenting troubleshooting steps and solutions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
