Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP transformation, implementation, rollout, upgrade, and large-scale brownfield projects.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP project delivery experience, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives while adhering to established project management methodologies and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, upgrade, and brownfield projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed project plans and monitor progress against defined milestones and baseline schedules.
- Regularly track project schedules and ensure timely execution of project activities.

- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely closure of action items.
- Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Drive adherence to standard project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution and business value realization.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate project governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and project progress discussions.
- Utilize project management and tracking tools for effective planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15-20 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in the role of SAP Project Manager.
- Proven experience in greenfield, transformation, and large brownfield SAP projects.
- Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments is mandatory.
- Experience in at least two SAP implementation projects.
- Strong experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects of medium to high complexity.
- Hands-on experience with project management and project tracking tools.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution capabilities.
- Experience in risk and issue management, project governance, and stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of SAP project delivery lifecycle and governance.
