Job Description
:
We are looking for a highly ambitious and ownership-driven Chief Growth Officer to lead and scale our growth function. This role offers significant equity upside and the opportunity to directly impact the companys trajectory. The candidate will work closely with the founder and take full responsibility for driving revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the complete P&L for the growth function
- Drive inside sales scaling and optimize conversion funnels
- Build and improve customer acquisition strategies (CAC optimization)
- Develop and manage LTV models to ensure sustainable growth
- Design and implement retention and upsell strategies
- Hire, lead, and scale the growth team
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize growth initiatives
Key Requirements :
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CAC/LTV, and revenue metrics
- Proven track record of scaling inside sales teams
- High ownership mindset with a strong execution focus
- Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
