What We're Looking For:

• 10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in technology, product, startup, or EdTech organizations.
• Proven ability to build culture in fast-growing organizations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Work directly with founders on organization strategy.
