Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AI Growth Marketing Manager position where you act as the human in the loop for an AI-driven growth system powered by Claude. The system supports reporting, experiments, and workflows, while you provide strategic judgment, direction, and continuous improvement using automation tools.

Qualifications

AI: Claude, familiarity with Claude API (basic level)

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console

Ecommerce: Shopify (and Shopify analytics)

Email/SMS: Klaviyo

Paid Ads: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads

SEO: Ahrefs

CRO/Testing: Convert (or equivalent A/B testing platform)

Workflow & Automation: Zapier, Make, Notion, Linear, or similar

• 24+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in at least 3 areas (SEO, CRO, paid social, paid search, email marketing, or web analytics).
• Experience building or managing automated workflows (no heavy coding required).
• Self-directed, curious, and able to manage multi-client systems.
• Strong judgment in evaluating AI outputs.

Bonus Points:

Agency experience and Shopify expertise.
