CRM Marketing CRM As a CRM Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the CRM team in executing, and monitoring digital campaigns across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, maintaining high-quality content standards, and optimizing customer engagement through effective segmentation and messaging strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• ● Assist in the setup and execution of CRM campaigns across various channels including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Whatsapp.
• ● Collaborate with internal teams (copy, creative, marketing) to develop tailored content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• ● Conduct quality checks on campaign content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• ● Create and manage customer segments within CRM platforms to optimize targeting and personalization efforts.
