Designation-

• Customer Support Associate (L2).

Job Profile-

• Have to resolute customers query Voice Call

Mandatory Criteria-

• Min HS Passed.
• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice

Process

• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 10 hour of the day, 9hrs. work and 1 hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

Interview Structure-

• HR round - General check.
• Typing Test
• Voice Versant (V4 and above)
• PMAP
• Client Round

Payouts

• Salary for minimum 6 months experience candidate 220,000 LPA, 16.200 K/Month.
• Fresher- 1,74,447 LPA, 13K/Month
