Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle international customer chats to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Preferred candidate profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO Chat processing or similar industry.
- Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
- Effective chat handling Skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
