Job Description
RBM Platform Configuration
Configure Rating, Billing, Discounting, Journaling, and Financial modules within Netcracker RBM.
Customize product usage models, price plans, VAT setup, and bill formatting rules.
Develop and maintain RBM plugins and interfaces with CRM, mediation, and finance systems.
Integration & Automation
Integrate RBM with upstream (ordering, mediation) and downstream (finance, bill formatter) sytems.
Develop SQL/PLSQL APIs and Unix/Perl scripts for automation and data reconciliation. [
Support migrations, upgrades, and product launches with minimal service disruption.

Monitoring & Support
Monitor billing processes and proactively troubleshoot revenue assurance issues.
Conduct audits, reconciliations, and implement corrective measures to ensure billing accuracy.
Provide L2/L3 operational support and participate in incident management and root cause analysis
