We are seeking a skilled and experiencedServiceNow Developerwith strong expertise in theCustomer Service Management (CSM) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support customer service workflows, case management, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow CSM solutions including case management, agent workspace, playbooks, and customer portals.
- Customize and configure CSM module components such as workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow CSM with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, telephony).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and development processes.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow CSM implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, especially within the CSM domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 to 3 years focused on the CSM module.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CSM features like Agent Workspace, Advanced Work Assignment, and Virtual Agent.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
