Hiring: International Technical Support BPO (Chandigarh)
Location: Chandigarh
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days
Week Off: 2 Weeks Off (Rotational)
Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA

Role & responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries related to technical issues via calls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to devices, software, network connectivity, and applications.
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance with clear communication.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical teams when required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-handling ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Candidates residing in Chandigarh/Tricity.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
