Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve international customer queries via chat and voice.
- Identify customer needs and deliver solutions that ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and maintain trust with global customers.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using approved tools.
- Achieve customer service metrics, including CSAT, quality scores, sales targets & chat/voice handling quotas.
- Manage customer complaints and provide effective resolutions within defined timelines.
- Follow all communication protocols, guidelines, and process policies consistently.
Candidate Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Minimum 1 year of international chat process experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in customer support, BPO, or client service representative roles.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and customer service processes.
- Strong customer orientation, active listening, and adaptability to different personalities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
