Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve international customer queries via chat and voice.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver solutions that ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and maintain trust with global customers.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using approved tools.
  • Achieve customer service metrics, including CSAT, quality scores, sales targets & chat/voice handling quotas.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide effective resolutions within defined timelines.
  • Follow all communication protocols, guidelines, and process policies consistently.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

  • Minimum 1 year of international chat process experience (Mandatory)
  • Experience in customer support, BPO, or client service representative roles.
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and customer service processes.
  • Strong customer orientation, active listening, and adaptability to different personalities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
