Job Description
- You are an Artificial Intelligence (AI) focused product engineering company that caters to customers in healthcare, retail & e-commerce, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors by delivering cutting-edge products & solutions utilizing Big Data Analytics, Vision Analytics, and IoT technologies. As a Manual Tester / Product Tester at Tech Vedika, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of the products before their release. Your responsibilities will include developing, documenting, and executing test cases, performing manual testing on different applications, identifying and tracking bugs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the product meets the required standards and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute test cases based on product requirements.
- Perform manual testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Identify, report, and track bugs and defects using tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to enhance testing strategies.
- Conduct various testing types including functional, usability, exploratory, compatibility, and performance testing.
- Ensure product compliance with business needs and quality standards.
- Provide feedback for improving user experience (UX) and functionality.
- Document test results and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support release activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in manual testing or product testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Proficiency in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Bugzilla.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation (preferred).
- Experience in testing APIs and mobile applications (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
