Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3 – 4 years of experience and strong expertise in Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing and ensure timely billing to clients.
• Manage Accounts Payable by recording vendor bills and processing payments on time 
• Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records 
• Handle banking adjustments in Zoho Books 
• Maintain accurate expense records with proper documentation and approvals 
• Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded in Zoho Books 
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements 
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. 

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or masters in commerce, Accounting, or finance 
• 3 – 4 years of relevant accounting experience 
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books 
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable 
• Experience in bank reconciliation processes 
• Knowledge of expense tracking and documentation 
• Proficiency in MS Excel 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and follow-up ability 
• Strong time management and organisational skills. 

Preferred:

• Experience in handling multiple clients/projects 
• Knowledge of GST and basic compliance.
