Job Description

Required Skills & Experience
    • 6+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
    • Strong expertise in:
    • Power BI
    • DAX
    • Data modelling
    • Semantic modelling
    • Proven experience developing financial dashboards for senior stakeholders.
    • Hands-on experience building:
    • P&L reporting
    • Budget vs. Estimate reporting
    • Variance analysis
    • Waterfall/bridge reports
    • Financial KPI dashboards
    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, particularly:
    • Fabric Semantic Models
    • Direct Lake
    • Fabric Workspaces
    • Deployment Pipelines
    • Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and analytical data structures.
    • Strong experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access.
    • Experience developing complex DAX for financial and time-based calculations.
    • Experience building drill-down and drill-through reports across multiple business dimensions.
    • Strong understanding of Power BI performance optimization.
    • Ability to work directly with Finance, FP&A and Technology leadership stakeholders.
    • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Strongly Preferred Skills
    • Experience in Technology Finance / IT Finance reporting.

    • Experience with TBM (Technology Business Management) reporting.
    • Understanding of technology cost structures and financial hierarchies.
    • Experience working with Microsoft OneLake and Fabric Lakehouses.
    • Exposure to Copilot in Power BI.
    • Experience building executive/board-level financial dashboards.
    • Experience with large-scale Power BI/Fabric deployments.
    • Experience working with finance data such as:
    • General Ledger
    • Actuals
    • Budgets
    • Estimates
    • Forecasts
    • Cost centres
    • Natural accounts
    • Technology towers/sub-towers
