Work on brand projects and contribute to the creation of online and/or offline experiences. Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and exhibit a passion for content.Youwill be expected to manage multiple platforms to drive engagement and inspire positive customer behaviour.

Major Responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients, understanding briefs, planning and management of campaigns, monthly evaluation and executing solutions to enhance the brands position
• Displaying thorough knowledge of the brand accounts under your purview including, but not limited to, the brands values, product/service offerings, short-term and long-term goals, current and future plans, and target audiences
• Possessing the knowledge of digital and mainline marketing, effective targeting and design thinking, under the limelight of creative and strategic solutions and with the power to apply this advantage to Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Analytics, etc.
• Strategizing on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives based on the clients briefs
• Upholding the design aesthetics for the brand and constantly endeavouring to elevate the imagery
• Setting timelines for projects based on the brands priorities, and managing the clients expectations by keeping them informed on the various activities being pursued synonymously to fulfil goals
• Timely reporting of the brands performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope, identifying learnings from the same and implementing them based on the findings
• Making note of and enrolling regular feedback from the client on the quality of work and possible areas of improvement
• Identifying opportunities for integrated services for existing clients
• Being the primary custodian for the brand when it is an integrated activity
• Possessing excellent presentation skills with a drive to pitch ideas
• Identifying opportunities within the teams to take up more business/projects
• Sound and judicious interaction with internal and external stakeholders to attain a seamless workflow and build valuable relationships
• Providing training support to the team as and when required and providing guidance.
