This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior E-Commerce Ads Executive located in the Pune Division. The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for overseeing campaign performance metrics, conducting audience and keyword research, analyzing ad data, and preparing reports. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and achieve targeted sales growth is a critical part of the role.

• Strong knowledge of Commerce and Sales principles
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to measure and optimize ad performance
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• Customer Service expertise to enhance engagement and foster client relationships
• Experience in digital advertising and e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
