• About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Organic Lead Generation Executive to generate high quality leads for Forex, COMEX, and Indices trading services through organic channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and a keen interest in financial markets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate organic leads through social media and digital platforms.
• Handle social media accounts and post engaging content regularly.
• Connect with potential clients through calls and chat support.
• Understand customer requirements and generate quality leads.
• Maintain and update lead details in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
• Maintain daily records and reports of leads and follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
• Basic content creation and posting skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree (MBA, Marketing, Finance, or related field).
• Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
• Target-based role.
