Position Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated, full-time ServiceNow Trainer to deliver one-on-one, high-impact training focused on deep core-level learning, for a single candidate. The goal is to build expertise from scratch to architect level across a wide range of ServiceNow modules including Core Platform, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more.

The trainer will conduct 2 hours of daily personalized training, tailored to individual learning pace, career goals, and hands-on practice needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design a customized learning path covering beginner to advanced ServiceNow architecture.
• Deliver structured daily 1-on-1 sessions (2 hours/day) with clear outcomes and goals.
• Train thoroughly on the following modules and areas:
• Core ServiceNow Platform (Forms, Lists, Scripting, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Policies, Flows, Workflows)
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent)
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB Health, Orchestration, Cloud Management)
• HRSD (HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, Document Management)
• CMDB (Configuration Items, Relationships, Data Ingestion, Best Practices)
• Service Portal and Workspace customization
• Performance Analytics and Reporting
• IntegrationHub / REST APIs / MID Server
• ServiceNow Architect principles and best practices
• Assign and review hands-on labs, mock projects, and real-world case studies.
• Assist in preparation for ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA.
• Provide continuous progress tracking and adjustment of the training roadmap.
• Share mentorship and real-world implementation insights throughout the training.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with a solid track record in both development and architecture roles.
• Deep knowledge of multiple modules: Core, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and Integrations.
• Prior experience delivering one-on-one or corporate ServiceNow training.
• Strong command of both theory and practical implementation strategies.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, CAD, CTA are a strong plus.
• Flexibility to commit 2 hours per day for focused training sessions.

Preferred Tools & Tech Skills:

• Zoom / MS Teams / Google Meet for virtual sessions.
• ServiceNow Developer Instance.
• Git, Postman, or other dev tools used in hands-on learning.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and real-world project lifecycle.
