Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (General Shift)

• Seeking an SAP Basis & Security Senior Consultant with 6–8 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP Security, system performance management, database administration, and AMS/support engagements.
• The role involves managing SAP landscapes, ensuring system availability, security compliance, and supporting implementation and operational activities.

• Lead SAP Basis and Security implementation, administration, and production support activities.
• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain SAP systems across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Manage and optimize SAP databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, Sybase), including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Monitor system health, workload, memory utilization, buffer optimization, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Administer SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and transport lifecycle processes.
• Manage background jobs, spool administration, RFCs, interfaces, and connectivity.
• Support SAP environments hosted on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and maintain SAP Security roles (Single, Composite, and Derived Roles).
• Handle user provisioning, role assignments, password administration, and deprovisioning.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, authorization controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Provide root cause analysis, issue resolution, and technical documentation.

• 4-12 years of SAP Basis and Security experience.

• SAP Installation, Upgrades & Kernel Patching
• SAP HANA, Oracle, and Sybase Administration
• Backup & Recovery Management
• System Performance Tuning & Monitoring
• SAP TMS and Transport Management
• RFC Configuration & Interface Management
• Hands-on experience with cloud-hosted SAP environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong SAP Security knowledge:
• Authorization Concepts
• Single, Composite & Derived Roles
• User & Access Management
• Role Design & Maintenance
• SoD Compliance
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and security best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in AMS and production support environments.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability twork across functional, technical, infrastructure, and security teams.
