Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage certain aspects related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including allocation setup, data maintenance, and process optimization.
- Develop and execute simple to complex allocations to ensure the accurate distribution of costs and revenues across various departments and projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable logic within Dynamics 365. Implement, test, and maintain business rules to enhance system functionality and compliance.
- Generate and analyze periodic financial reports using Dynamics 365 data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes for the business.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize system workflows, and enhance data accuracy to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support different initiatives/projects as a D365 expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve/streamline existing processes, automate manual tasks/reports/dashboards.
Required skills and experience:
- 2-4 years of experience working with D365.
- Bachelors / Graduation / Equivalent
- At least 4+ years of data development experience.

- Good understanding of reporting & data visualization tools such as Cognos, Power BI, SSRS preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (optional but preferred) Ability to design and implement business logics, customizations, and enhancements within D365.
- Open to support EST timings (US shift).
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and allocation methodologies
- Proficiency in generating financial reports and conducting data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
