Group Reporting Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Analysts on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly responsibilities, motivate team to achieve highest level of quality, efficiency and meet or exceed all goals.
• Responsible to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements in accordance with TP Group finance requirements
• Work with the FP&A Leader and internal reporting team to ensure accuracy of information used for Group reporting and alignment with internal management reporting
• Coordinate activities of all reporting units to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness across all reporting units
• Work with other finance leaders and leaders of other functions to collect financial and non-financial information needed as per group reporting requirements
• 
  Respond to questions from TP Group finance in a timely manner providing precise answers with the required detail
• Implement best practices in the Group Reporting function, documenting policies and procedures for the process

· Implement strategies to bring more automation and cost savings to Group Reporting processes directly under purview

· Building a strong team of analysts within the FP&A function, including being involved in hiring, coaching and mentoring of analysts.

Required skills and experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in Finance, preferably in the BPO industry. Out of which 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or MIS or Management reporting.
• Masters in Management or Finance is preferred

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong financial modelling skills, along with understanding of financial reporting
• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform in high pressure situations
• High proficiency in MS Excel and experience in working with a large ERP/Financial System
• Experience of working on BI tools like Power BI, Cognos/Planning Analytics is preferred
• Ability to effectively interact with and present ideas to people across different functions.
