Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Analysts on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly responsibilities, motivate team to achieve highest level of quality, efficiency and meet or exceed all goals.
- Responsible to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements in accordance with TP Group finance requirements
- Work with the FP&A Leader and internal reporting team to ensure accuracy of information used for Group reporting and alignment with internal management reporting
- Coordinate activities of all reporting units to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness across all reporting units
- Work with other finance leaders and leaders of other functions to collect financial and non-financial information needed as per group reporting requirements
- Respond to questions from TP Group finance in a timely manner providing precise answers with the required detail
- Implement best practices in the Group Reporting function, documenting policies and procedures for the process
· Implement strategies to bring more automation and cost savings to Group Reporting processes directly under purview
· Building a strong team of analysts within the FP&A function, including being involved in hiring, coaching and mentoring of analysts.
Required skills and experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Finance, preferably in the BPO industry. Out of which 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or MIS or Management reporting.
- Masters in Management or Finance is preferred

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong financial modelling skills, along with understanding of financial reporting
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform in high pressure situations
- High proficiency in MS Excel and experience in working with a large ERP/Financial System
- Experience of working on BI tools like Power BI, Cognos/Planning Analytics is preferred
- Ability to effectively interact with and present ideas to people across different functions.
