Position: Customer Support Executive - Inbound Voice
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for HSBC process
- Resolve customer queries related to banking services professionally
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
Eligibility :
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Min. 6 months BPO/Customer Service Exp.
- Good English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: 26,000 Inhand | 32,000 CTC
Shift Details:
Shift : 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Rotational Shift)
Week Off: 2 Rotational
