About the Role

This is not your average internship. As a Founders Office Associate, you will work closely with the leadership team on high-impact projects across business strategy, operations, marketing, and research. Youll gain exposure to cross-functional teams and work on solving real business challenges, contributing directly to Tequitys growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in business strategy, research, marketing, and operational planning.

• Support the founders with project management, internal communication, and documentation.

• Help prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals.

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research across different verticals.

• Collaborate with design, tech, and marketing teams for cross-functional initiatives.

• Support digital marketing efforts including content planning, campaign tracking, and performance analytics.

• Participate in client meetings, note key takeaways, and follow up on action items.

• Drive internal special projects and support hiring efforts if needed.
