How Youll Spend Your Day

• Process employee Travel & Expense (T&E) claims accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
• Administer and manage Concur system configurations, workflows, and user support.
• Handle Corporate Card procedures, including issuance, reconciliation, and policy compliance.
• Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with employees and stakeholders across departments.
• Ensure all approvals and supporting documentation are in place and compliant with internal control requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from the generic mailbox regarding payment statuses and policy clarifications.
• Participate in internal control testing and maintain thorough documentation for audit readiness.
• Champion process improvements and support mission-critical change initiatives with a positive and creative mindset.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of T&E metrics and compliance status.

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in accounting
• 4+ years of working experience in Concur processing
• Strong Advanced excel, Powerpoint and VBA with a proven track record
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• SAP Enterprise knowledge will be added advantage
• Good working experience in Concur, Corporate card administration
• Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse population; ability to interact professional and courteously.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
