About the Company

Location: Paud Road, Pune | Experience: 3 to 8 years | Education: MBA (Marketing)/ Business Development

Criteria: Preferred Candidate age 30 to 45 years

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Drive institutional partnerships (hospitals, colleges/universities, corporates, NGOs), MoUs, B2B / B2C growth, pitches, and lead generation.
• Strategic Planning and Marketing : Plan and execute offline events/workshops and digital/social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with SMEs, designers, and vendors for accurate, high-quality promotional materials and content calendars.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing KPIs, manage lead conversion funnels, and optimize campaign ROI through regular data analysis.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing with 3 to6 years of relevant experience (Healthcare/Education sector background preferred).
• Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and project-management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, and lead management.
• Excellent verbal and written command over English, Hindi, and Marathi.
