Required

• Basic computer science and IT fundamentals
• Understanding of OS, networking and security basics
• Basic Linux / Windows and command-line skills
• Good logical troubleshooting and problem solving
• Clear communication and teamwork
• Curiosity, ownership and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

• Technical Exposure
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN
• Cloud fundamentals: Azure or AWS
• Security tools, labs or hands-on projects
• Scripting with Python, PowerShell or Shell
