Job Description
Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in preparing financial models for real estate projects (cash flows, IRR, NPV)
- Support analysis of project costs, budgets, and feasibility studies
- Track sales collections, expenses, and cash flows
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and dashboards
- Support due diligence, valuations, and internal presentations
