Business Development Intern

Position: Business Development Intern

Location: In-office (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: As per company guidelines

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a keen interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Support outreach efforts through emails, calls, and LinkedIn communication.
  • Assist in generating leads and maintaining the lead database.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and support end-to-end business development activities.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and masterclasses by liaising with speakers, partners, and attendees.
  • Help create marketing content, email campaigns, and promotional materials when required.
  • Maintain CRM records and update progress reports regularly.
  • Support senior team members in negotiations, planning, and project execution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Good analytical and research abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
