Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

● Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

● Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for agency services.

● Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.

● Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.

● Follow up consistently and close new business opportunities.

● Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information.

● Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets. Client Relationship Management

● Build strong relationships with prospects and clients.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

● Gather client feedback and identify upselling opportunities.

Required Skills:

● Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

● Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or agency sales.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing.

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

● Ability to work independently and take ownership.
