• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial screening to offer.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and experience.
• Negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process.
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
• Tracking key metrics and reporting on recruitment progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience with various sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
