Talent Acquisition Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and source, screen, and interview candidates.

What you will do: This role involves all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial candidate identification to offer negotiation. You’ll utilize various sourcing techniques and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Full-cycle recruitment
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies
• Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews
• Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews
• Negotiating offers and closing candidates
• Managing applicant tracking system

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques
