Talent Acquisition Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent.

What you will do: You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Negotiating compensation and benefits packages with candidates.
• Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
