  • SUMMARY
  • We are looking for a proactive and experienced Key Account Manager – Communications to manage client
  • relationships and coordinate communication, PR, digital, and media initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong
  • communication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a remote
  • work environment.
  • EDUCATION
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Management, or
  • a related field.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of PR, corporate communications, digital media, and content.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • - Manage relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for client
  • communication. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution. - Develop and
  • execute communication, PR, media, and digital campaigns. - Coordinate with content, creative, PR, social media, and
  • digital teams. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. - Conduct regular client calls and
  • meetings. - Prepare presentations, reports, campaign updates, and communication plans. - Handle client feedback,
  • escalations, and ensure timely resolution. - Identify opportunities for account growth and business development. -
  • Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates with clients. - Stay updated with communication, PR, media,
  • and digital industry trends.
