We&aposre a dynamic PR agency seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, build a strong network, and contribute to the growth of our agency. Upon successful completion of the training period, you&aposll be considered for a full-time role as a Jr. Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and pitching our services to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Support the development of pitches, proposals, and other business development materials.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Assist in maintaining and building relationships with existing clients.
• Support client communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, CRM management, and other office duties.

Training Period:

• Duration: 3 Months
• Mentorship: You&aposll be paired with an experienced business development team member who will guide you through the training period.
• Evaluation: Your performance will be evaluated at the end of the training period, and you&aposll be considered for a full-time role as a Jr. Business Development Executive.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
