Client Servicing Lead – Advertising Agency

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in an Advertising/Creative/Digital/Integrated Marketing Agency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Client Servicing Lead to manage key brand accounts, build strong client relationships, and lead integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with cross-functional agency teams, including Creative, Strategy, Media, Digital, and Production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client servicing for marquee brand accounts.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Drive campaign planning and execution across ATL, BTL, Digital, and Integrated Marketing.
• Translate client briefs into actionable creative and strategic deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage account profitability, commercials, and revenue growth.
• Lead client presentations, reviews, and business discussions.
• Mentor and manage the client servicing team.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in an Advertising Agency (Mandatory).
• Experience handling integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong exposure to account management, brand servicing, campaign execution, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Agency Background

Candidates currently working or who have worked with agencies such as Ogilvy, McCann, DDB Mudra, Leo Burnett, Publicis, BBH, Schbang, MullenLowe, Lowe Lintas, FCB, Havas, Saatchi & Saatchi, Wunderman Thompson, TBWA, VML, or similar advertising agencies will be preferred.

Applications from Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Banking, IT Services, Telecom, BPO, or other non-agency backgrounds will not be considered.
