Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Delhi
Experience: 7+ Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. Prior experience in an advertising, media, digital, or creative agency is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and corporate roles.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Partner with business leaders to address hiring and people-related requirements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Prior experience in an advertising, media, digital, or creative agency is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
