Role Overview

As the Ben & Jerrys Financial Lead for EU, METSA & ANZ, youre more than a bean-counter; youll be a values-driven, strategic partner championing progressive, sustainable business. This role is the financial heartbeat of three regions, responsible for translating performance into insight, identifying value opportunities, strengthening governance, and steering investment decisions that advance both the business and the mission.

What youll do

• Be the right arm and inventive partner to the B&J Europe/ANZ Director and to the COO for Ben and Jerrys (for METSA and SEA), channeling both financial savvy and heart.
• Represent B&J in regional finance forums, ensuring alignment between local strategy and global Ben & Jerrys financial priorities.
• Enhance financial dashboards and reporting SAP & Power BI- ensuring data consistency, accessibility, and insight?rich storytelling that drives decision making.
• Business case development and P&L management for new social impact ventures and go-to-market initiatives, collaborating across functions to drive growth for the business.
• Take the lead in regional expansion projects, always looking for the next area where our business and our mission can make positive change.
• Identify and melt away financial risks, keeping controls tight but possibilities open, in line with our Global Financial Controls Framework.
• Champion continuous improvement, digitalization, and bold, values-led finance processes across regions.

• Strong track record, 8+ years, of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles within multinational environments. Ideally with ice cream expertise, extra brownie points for supply chain chops.
• Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, investment analysis, scenario planning, and performance management.
• Hands-on go-getter: strategic but never afraid to roll up sleeves and dig into operational challenges.
• Passion for values-led business, you get the numbers, but also why we stand up for causes that matter.
• Deep technical proficiency in finance systems (SAP, ERP, Power BI, advanced Excel).
• Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills across cultures, English fluency required, bonuses for additional regional languages.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for transforming data into stories, insights, and impact.

• Travel (about 20%) to dig deep into markets, connect with partners, and sprinkle positive vibes globally.
